2. Services
Halcyone Studio provides brand identity, digital design, motion design, and related creative services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of any engagement are defined in a separate project agreement or statement of work.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, and design — is the property of Halcyone Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
Upon full payment of agreed fees, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client as outlined in the project agreement. All preliminary concepts, unused work, and proprietary processes remain the property of Halcyone Studio.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate briefs, timely feedback, and any materials required to complete the project. Delays caused by the client may affect timelines and are not the responsibility of Halcyone Studio.
5. Payment
Fees are outlined in each project agreement. Standard payment terms are 50% upon project commencement and 50% upon delivery. Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding invoices are settled.
6. Limitation of Liability
Halcyone Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Copenhagen.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of this website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
